1. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
2. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.
3. Eat more fish including oily fish which prevents heart disease.
4. Eat less salt to prevent high blood pressure.
5. Get active and maintain a healthy weight.
6. Drink about 1.2 litres of water every day to   prevent dehydration.
